What is ELL and ESL?

ELL (English Language Learner) refers to a student whose first language is not English and who is in the process of learning English.  ESL (English as a Second Language) refers to programs and classes designed to teach English to individuals whose native language is not English.

Translation:  Convert written text from one language to another.
