Join the CCSD Parent Advisory Group

We’re inviting parents who are passionate about supporting CCSD students to join the Parent Advisory Group.

The 2025-2026 Parent Advisory Group will meet the second Tuesday of each month from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. on the Timken Career Campus to discuss district initiatives, upcoming events, long-term planning, and more. Regular attendance is required.

As your child’s first and most influential teacher, your voice matters. This group is a chance for parents, families, and the district to work together in a supportive environment to help shape a stronger future for all students.

👉 How to Apply: Parents will receive an opportunity to express interest in joining the Parent Advisory Group through ParentSquare. (Please note: sign-ups are not available through the CCS website.)

Submitting the form does not guarantee selection. Members will be chosen with care to ensure representation based on:

• Residency – representation from all areas of the city

• Diversity – a wide range of voices and perspectives

• Grade Levels – parents of students across all age/grade bands

Together, we can continue to inspire confident, creative, and open-minded learners.
