2025 Girls Flag Football College Showcase
Hosted by Canton McKinley High School
Date: Sunday, November 2nd, 2025
Time: Games scheduled from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Location: Bulldog activity center 711 3rd St NE Canton, OH 44703
Open to the first 20 teams and the first 40 individuals to register.
College coaches and recruiters will be attending to evaluate players for their programs.
Teams
- $100 entry fee
- 2 regulation games
- Officiated
- Play one-sit one-play one format
- Get an early start on 2026 season.
- Interact with other teams and coaches.
- Have your players exposed to college coaches.
- Bring your own jerseys or T-shirts.
- Must be numbered to help with player identification for college scouts.
Individuals
- No Team–No Problem
- Register as an individual and we will place you with other players to form your own team.
- Your team will be supervised by a coach.
- $20 registration includes a numbered jersey.
- Get an early start on 2026 season.
- Interact with other players and coaches.
- Have yourself exposed to college coaches.
College Coaches
- As many as 20 full high school teams and up to 40 individual players to evaluate.
- $50 registration fee includes up to three coaches
- One program included with team rosters and contact details.
- Coaches hospitality area with beverages and light snacks.
- Get an early jump on identifying prospects ahead of the spring season.
Cavs Jr. WNBA All-Girls Basketball Clinic
When: Thursday, November 13th, 2025
Where: Bulldog Activity Center, 711-3rd St. NW Canton, OH 44703
Who: Open as an added bonus to players who register for our girls winter league before November 1.
What: The players and a parent are invited to attend a special all-girls clinic put on by the Cleveland Cavaliers Jr. WNBA staff on Thursday November 13th.

INSTRUCTIONAL SKILL LEAGUE (ALL ATHLETES)
- 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Graders
- October 19-January 25
- Weekly fundamental sessions for players of all skill levels
- Introduction and building up of advanced team concepts
- 5-on-5 league games on Saturday (boys) or Sunday (girls)
- Boys and girls divisions (3rd-4th and 5th-6th)
In Season Practices: Every Monday and Tuesday except no practice January 6 and 20.

TRAVEL TOURNAMENT TEAMS (SELECTED ATHLETES)
- We will select 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Grade teams for girls and for boys.
- No additional fee if chosen for travel tournaments.
- Tournaments and additional practice will continue after the instructional skill league ends.
- Last tournaments usually occur in late February or early March.
Additional Travel Team Practices. 5:30-7:00 pm for Boys and Girls teams.

Dirt Dogs 13 and 14 year old team:
The Dirt Dogs program is free to middle school students of Canton City Schools.
Canton Youth Baseball for ages 7-12:

Early Bird rate of $50 for Residents and $65 for Non-Residents. Registrants must register and pay by February 17th in order to receive this rate. After this deadline, registration cost will be $60 for Residents and $75 Non-Residents.

If parents are registering multiple kids, we do offer a multi child discount. Example: Child 1 $50, Child 2 $45, Child 3 $40, etc. These discounts have to be applied manually. When registering parents must select "I will pay by 2/17" and we will adjust pricing accordingly. If payment is not received by 2/17, payment will be adjusted to March 17th, 2025 deadline cost. Parents will receive an updated invoice to the email address connected with their account and will be able to pay from the link provided in the email.

Ages 5 to 13
Kids ages 5-12 are invited to sign up for the NFL’s premier youth football program.
Get involved with the NFL’s premier youth football program, NFL FLAG Football! NFL FLAG is a community-based flag football program that provides all youth the opportunity to play in an organized NFL non-contact flag football league.
Our Philosophy
Youth Sports should not be expensive. We are creating high quality opportunities for all of our students to participate at low cost to our families and for spectators. No large registration fees or $20 tournament tickets. We will not allow high prices to keep our students from exploring the positive outcomes of youth sports participation.
Youth Sports should not involve constant travel. Why drive hours away every week? Stay home with family. Everything you need, and more, is available in Canton. Our leagues will be competitive and well run. The best will want to come here to play.
Youth Sports should not be forcing your children to “specialize” with year round time commitments, or to stop an activity they enjoy because of a lack of training opportunities. We are creating high quality opportunities for all of our students to participate and enjoy as many different sports as they care to. We schedule and plan our leagues so that all interested athletes can participate in multiple sports.
