The focus is to teach our students about behavior expectations and strategies to support positive behavior. Our district PBIS team process is guided by the four integrated elements of PBIS:

  • Data for decision making
  • Evidence-based interventions and practices that support varying student needs (multi-tiered)
  • Systems that efficiently and effectively support the implementation of these practices
  • Continual progress monitoring to ensure outcomes are met

  • B.A.R.K. is the guideline Canton City School District uses to promote positive behavior in our schools.
