FAITH FAMILY CHURCH PARTNERING WITH CONVOY OF HOPE TO DISTRIBUTE GROCERIES

Faith Family Church will host a no contact drive-through grocery distribution in partnership with Convoy of Hope on Saturday, May 9, 2020, from 10 a.m. to noon.

The church received a truckload of non-perishable food and hygiene items as part of Convoy’s 10 Million Meals Initiative in response to COVID-19. Faith Family staff and volunteers will sort, pack, and distribute the relief supplies.

The grocery distribution is open to the public and while supplies last. Recipients are asked not to arrive before 9:30 a.m. To maintain a no-contact setup, please arrive with an empty trunk and remain in your vehicle with your windows up. Registration will be completed by cellphone via text.

Volunteers will have their temperature checked before assisting in the distribution and will be supplied with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.

Contact Outreach Director Sarah Fearon for more information about how Faith Family Church is responding to COVID-19 locally, nationally, and globally.
