    RETURNING STUDENT ONLINE REGISTRATION

    All returning students/parents are required to verify and update their information and emergency contacts, as well as sign additional forms for students. Please click the link below. Note that your student's SNAPCODE is necessary to complete the form. A new SNAPCODE is emailed in early August of each school year. If you need assistance, or did not receive a SNAPCODE, you may contact your building secretary.
     

    Note: if your child is currently enrolled in Canton City, then use the Current Student Registration Update link. If your child left Canton City and is now returning, you will need to use the New Student Registration link.

  • Registration FAQs


    • How do I get started?
      Choose one of the links listed to the left to begin registration. If registering for Preschool, please contact the Early Childhood Department at 330-580-3033. If registering for Kindergarten, please use the New Sudent Registration link.
    • What’s a snapcode?
      The snapcode is like a key to your child’s online registration and is unique to each child. 
    • How do I obtain a snapcode?
      Your student should have received a snapcode earlier in the year. If you do not have it or need assistance, contact your child's school or call 330-438-2525.
    • Should I create an account?
      If you have never completed an online registration, you must create an account. You can use your email address or cell phone number. If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)
    • Do I have to answer all the questions? 
      Required questions are marked as "Required". You can contact your child's school building to ask any general questions about the form or the online registration process.
    • What if I make a mistake?
      If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “Prev” to return to a previous page.
    • I’ve completed the form, now what?
      When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.”  If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. 
    • What if I have more than one student? Do I need to do this for each child?
      Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one online registration form and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time. 
    • Help! What if I have technical difficulties?
      For technical support, visit our PowerSchool Community help center at https://help.powerschool.com or click “Help” or “Contact Us” from any page on the online form. You can also contact your child’s school building or call 330-438-2525.
