Phlebotomy for the Professional
This 18-hour course is designed for professionals who are already have a medical background and wish to learn phlebotomy. Prior anatomy and physiology knowledge is required.
What You Will Learn:
Drawing venous and capillary blood using vacutainers, syringes, lancets and microtainers.
Preparing slides.
Course Overview:
Scheduled during the evening from 5:45pm - 8:45pm. Call 330-438-2556 for course dates.
Gain hands-on experience - successful venipunctures are required for graduation.
Hepatitis B vaccination strongly recommended.
