As a member of the Stark County Schools Council of Governments Health Benefit Plan, the District is able to offer employees a highly competitive benefits package in a cost-efficient manner.
As a member of numerous cooperative purchasing programs, the District is able to purchase school buses, natural gas, electricity, diesel fuel, and office supplies at highly competitive prices.
The District owns and operates natural gas buses and participated in a district-wide energy conservation project in order to reduce our carbon footprint. These projects were undertaken without having to ask the community for additional tax dollars.
The District offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner to all students free of charge at no additional cost to the taxpayers.
