Under the Ohio Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), certain records in possession of public agencies may be accessed by the public once a request has been submitted. 

How to submit a Public Records Request

Requests can be made in writing or verbally, however requests MUST include a brief description of the information being requested. The request should also state that it is being made under the FOIA. 

Requests can be made by email, in writing or verbally. Please include your name and directions on how to distribute the records request to you.
