Canton City Schools

In order to register for kindergarten, children must be 5 years old on or before September 30.

When you come to register, please bring:

• Birth Certificate                        Immunization Record
• Social Security Card               Proof of Residency

In order to register for Pre-School, children must be 3 years old on or before September 30.

When you come to register, please bring:

• Birth Certificate                        Immunization Record
• Social Security Card               Proof of Residency
• Household Income                   Legal Custody or Name Change Papers (if applicable)
• Name, address and phone number of three contact people
• Name, address and phone number of Doctor and Dentist
