Three (3) Linkage Coordinators for “Closing the Achievement Gap” at Belden Elementary School , Gibbs Elementary School and Hartford Middle School
Qualifications: · Five or more years of successful teaching experience, preferred but not required · Experience in preparation and management of programs funded by federal, state and private sources · Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks · Evidence of strong communication and facilitation skills · Ability to work collaboratively with instructional personnel, parents, students, administrators and community service providers to develop and coordinate programs, services and supports for students and their families · Experience with mental health, child welfare and juvenile probation systems as well as wraparound values and processes

Building Assets and Character Coach – 6.5 hours per day – 186 days – Summit Arts Academy. Eligibility for this position must be Highly Qualified (2 years of college, Associate’s Degree or have passed the Professional Assessment Test)
Severe Behavior Handicap Assistant – 6.5 hours per day – 186 days – McKinley Senior High School High School. Eligibility for this position must be Highly Qualified (2 years of college, Associate’s Degree or have passed the Professional Assessment Test)
