ACCEPTABLE USE AGREEMENT

** TERMS AND CONDITIONS **

Dear Staff Member:

If you signed an Acceptable Use Agreement for access to the Internet, we can now offer you an e-mail account as well. A Canton City Schools e-mail account can be accessed on a Canton City Schools computer or from a computer that is connected to the Internet from a remote location. This can often be beneficial when discussing educational related matters with other individuals.

Guidelines listed on the following page must be followed by staff members when using e-mail accounts. Inappropriate use can result in loss of e-mail privileges. Please read the E-mail Account Agreement terms and conditions carefully before signing. Your signature at the end of this document is legally binding and indicates that you have read the E-mail Agreement terms and conditions carefully and understand their significance.

Teachers may provide students with e-mail accounts for instructional purposes.

Please return all forms to the Instructional Technology Department, Wells, within one week of receipt. Thank you.
