E-MAIL ACCEPTABLE USE AGREEMENT/ACCOUNT APPLICATION

I understand and will abide by the terms and conditions fur use of the Internet (previously signed) and E-mail Account Agreement (attached). It is understood that messages not retrieved (unread) for a period of 30 days will be deleted in order to preserve server space. I further understand that violation of the guidelines and regulations established for E-mail accounts is unethical and may constitute a criminal offense. Should I commit any violation, my access privileges may be revoked and disciplinary action and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.
